Professional and friendly service as always
Appointment on time although shop busy with walk-in clients. Constant distractions for staff as a result. Martine was pleasant and helpful to customers even though not all could be accommodated and still managed to cut my hair to her usual high standards. Staff are obviously under stress at this unusually busy time which is not helped by the walk-in policy.
